Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Your equipment plays a crucial role in your practice. By implementing the SCHILLER Preventative Maintenance program, you can extend your device’s life, ensuring it continues working under SCHILLER Quality specifications.
This comprehensive service includes a full-range inspection, assessment, testing, and calibration, such as:
- Verification of Calibration on all parameters
- Battery Charging Circuit
- Printer (if it applies)
- LCD/LED & keyboard functional checkout
- Annual Electrical Safety Test
- Annual Calibration certificate
- Cleaning (internal and external) – Filter replacement (if it applies)
- External and internal sanitization of the unit
- Software update (if applicable)
- SCHILLER Americas will be responsible for return freight cost
Note: This does not cover any parts repairs, battery replacement, or accessories.*
* If parts, batteries, or accessories need replacement, we offer a 10% discount if purchased through our website or directly with our customer service team.
Preventative Maintenance can only be completed by Schiller Americas or Agents/Distributors certified by Schiller Americas.

Extended Warranty
Ensure the safety of your investment even after the SCHILLER’s warranty expires by availing of our Extended Warranty service. You can purchase this service with your equipment order or any time before the Factory Warranty expires.
The purchase of the extended warranty will be effective once the manufacturer warranty has expired and includes:

Parts, Battery, and Labor
• If the unit requires service parts and labor, it will be covered at no charge (excluding LCD or any physical damage).
Loaner available if needed (Ground Shipping)
SCHILLER Americas will be responsible for return freight costs.
* If accessories need a replacement, we offer a discount of 20% if purchased through our website or directly with our Customer Service Team.

By providing you with a loaner unit during repairs or a maintenance, we make sure that you can provide the best medical services to your patients.
Extended Warranty plan includes the Preventive Maintenance plan, so parts and labor are covered like in the manufacturer warranty, during the agreement period agreed.

Supply of original consumables
To ensure the reliability of tests with SCHILLER equipment, it is essential to always use original consumables. We can connect you with our distributors to keep you stocked with:

- AED pads (adult and pediatric)
- Cardiopulmonary exercise testing consumables: calibration gas, DLCO gas, oxygen cell, Nafion tubes
